What I did today

these are the exercises i did today, not very many.

50 Jumping Jacks
Jog in Place: 1 minute
10 Burpee's
10 Jumping Jacks
Jog in place:2 minutes
10 Frog Jumps
10 V-Ups
Jump Rope: 5 minutes
10 Burpee's
10 Jumping Jacks
Jog in place: 5 minute
10 Push-ups
10 Frog Jumps
Switch Jumps
